Blurb:

Anna is planning the perfect wedding, but she doesn't anticipate her future mother-in-law's offer of help' which translates into take over. Her groom-to-be avoids her and insists their growing problems are just 'bridal nerves'. Worst of all, her best friend, Robin, begins to act strange. Everyone around her has his or her own agenda. What's a girl to do when she begins to realize the perfect life she envisioned is all a lie?

Robin has two great loves in his life: his best friend Anna and his motorcycle. Not one to make a scene, he supports Anna in her plan to marry the wrong man and regrets she can't accept his 'dare devil' lifestyle. But when push comes to shove, he's more than willing to make the necessary sacrifice and prove he is the man she needs.

As the wedding date nears and plans shift into high gear, Robin and Anna grow closer and not just as friends. Each must decide what the perfect life truly means while trying to negotiate the maze of wedding plans, secrets, and hidden motives. Will someone be left singing the blues?

Review

What do you do when your best friend is about to make a bad mistake? That is something that Robin is trying to decide to do. For years he has stood by Anna, watched over all the men she has gone through and was there through all the broken hearts.  He thought he finally had a chance this time but again he is about to lose his Anna. She is the only one for him and one night of passion with her is not enough for him.  Anna has never forgotten about their one night together yet has moved on. She knows Robin is the only one who understands her and is the only best friend she has ever had in her life. Anna is determined to not lose that friendship yet when her impending wedding is coming soon she is wondering if Robin is the one she really wants. The love she has for him is different from her fiancée and it scares her. Robin is everything she wants in a man but knows he will never commit to a woman like her. Can she figure out who is the right man for her?

When I first got this book to review I was intrigued by the man’s name and his situation with his best friend. I felt for Robin seeing him just standing on the sidelines while being in love with his best friend. Now Anna just seemed a little to confuse at most times. I mean I loved that even though Anna was having a hard time with a mom in law from hell Robin stood by her more than the actual fiancée in the book. Seemed to me though a little competition would have been great and Robin just got it too easy to me. All in all these two were great yet seemed more like just friends than actual two people in love. Other than that it was a good book and one that shows how far a true will go to get the woman he has always loved.
