Samantha Dixon is about to confess her most secret, romantic Christmas wish to Santa. Heck, what’s she got to lose with her disastrous romantic history? Like that player from her horrible blind date last week arranged by her mother. Only guess who’s Santa?

Rico del Toro loves women. So one bad date with the beautiful Samantha in a string of many, ahem, successful evenings is no big deal. But when a friendly favor playing Santa unexpectedly lands Samantha on his lap for a romantic confessional, he’s intrigued. He’s never heard a woman open her heart like that before.

But if this Santa wants a second chance, he’ll have to rethink his womanizing ways and convince her that he is the perfect package.

Review:  Kissing Santa is part of the Clover Park series, but can easily be read as a standalone.

I've read all of Kylie's work so far (She's one of my top new authors of 2014), and Kissing Santa is another to add to the list of feel good, laugh out loud reads. This one is a novella, but it was still fun and cute!

What do you get when you put two marriage minded meddling mothers together? (Holy crap was that a tongue twister and I didn't mean to do that on purpose! HA)

Disaster.

Yep, that's what you get. Neither Samantha or Rico want to be set up, but hey, they go along with it with not so great results.  Then without knowing so, Samantha confessing something to Rico and now it's ON!

I loved this story. It made me laugh. I loved how Rico is just not the best at knowing how to romance a woman so he's pulling out the books and movie strings. It was so fun!  Samantha of course knows this and she's getting a little frustrating.

Watching these two give in to their feelings and what the heart wants was fun. Add in a holiday backdrop and some characters we've come to love making an appearance, and it makes for a great, quirky story that's sure to make readers smile.

What else does Kylie Gilmore have up her sleeve? I don't know, but I'm eagerly awaiting.
