Blurb: Shay Morgan has stayed hidden for a long time. Living a reclusive life in Earth’s End, Alaska, she’s as far away as she can get from the trauma of her childhood and the man who hurt her long ago. But terror takes over Shay’s life yet again when an unknown stalker steals away the fragile peace she’s built for herself—targeting not only her but the one man who’s ever managed to get past the walls she’s built around herself.

Elliot Winter has lived through being falsely accused before—it ruined his military career. Now it’s happening all over again. And this time, his accuser is a twisted impostor who’s targeting his ex-girlfriend, Shay. Despite a fierce mutual attraction, Shay and Elliot broke up because Shay couldn’t let her guard down, couldn’t let Elliot in. But now they both need to trust each other to confront a psycho who seems to know all their secrets.

Review: Romantic suspense novels have the power to give readers a chill, the creep factor, make them jump out of their own skill. Stolen, by Ms Walker, definitely does that and more. Readers really get an in depth view of the life of Shay. Shay is both things at once that is on an opposite end of a scale. She's fragile, vulnerable, but one hell of a fighter, and it's time she reclaims her life.

I've read quite a few books by Shiloh Walker, but this is the first romantic suspense I've picked up. Let me just say that no matter the genre, Walker has a skill- she knows how to keep the readers glued to the pages.

To be honest, the story is dark. Well, at least, Shay's past is. Very much so. And as she tries to piece together the memories that hold her in fear, many new revelations are discovered.

The one person that gets sucked into Shay's problems is Elliot. They used to date, but Elliot couldn't hold onto a woman that hid within her own world. But new problems bring the pair together, and it's about time Shay opens up to him, and she doesn't have a lot of options right now.

Spine tingling, rich with emotion and heartache, this book is a journey filled with so much. I rooted for Shay and Elliot. I had an idea of who the villain is, but I certainly didn't see a lot of things coming. The suspense is intense!

If you're a fan of romantic suspense, you really need to add this to your list of books to read. Stolen is magnificently chilling!
