BLURB: When private detective Fallon Monroe agrees to transport a clone across country for her nephew's lifesaving operation, she never expects to be thrust into a dangerous conspiracy. With anti-cloning fanatics after her, she has only her wits and special ops soldier John White to help protect the child—but her attraction to John is tempting her to break every rule she’s set for herself.
John can't remember his past. He just knows he must protect the beautiful woman who bursts into his life. But as his memory returns, John realizes he's not who—or even what—everyone thinks he is. Now he feels unworthy of Fallon, no matter how desperately he wants her.
Pursued by terrorists and bounty hunters, John and Fallon face a terrible decision, and Fallon realizes she will do anything to save the child and the man who have come to mean everything to her.

Review:  Hold on to your hats because this ride is gonna go fast! Last Rights grabs a hold and keeps readers at the edge of their seat, for a nail biting experience one won't soon forget.

Set in the future,  the year is 2224. The world building in Last Rights is very well done!  The story is centered around Fallon and John. Fallon is on the run, and boy do I feel for this woman because of a very tough decision she must make. It's heart wrenching and difficult, and I wondered throughout the book how this was going to be resolved without a tearful choice.

John is a man with a fragmented memory and wakes up dazed and confused, but now must join forces with Fallon to get where they need to go. The action is intense, the dialog has it's funny and witty moments, and the scenes are well written with just enough imagery to keep the reader's mind racing with their own visions.

I enjoyed this story. The never ending action was perfect and there really wasn't a lull in this book at all. It's a stay up late and finish in one sitting type of story. Ms. Fryer has done an excellent job with this thrilling story and I want more!

If you want a book that's enjoyable,  riveting and characters that spark life right off the pages, then don't miss Last Rights. It's engaging and highly recommended!
