Review: I needed a good pulse pounding romantic suspense, and I got that in Rescue Me. There's plenty of action, suspense, romance- a great mix of things to keep my on my toes and on guard. The pacing is fast for the most part. There's a few spots where it runs a little slow, but we can't have it always on the go go go.
The chemistry between the hero and heroine is hotter than a summer's sky in Arizona! I should know, I live there, and I just read this book. Don't give me that look. I needed a little heat from the cold.
This is my first book by the author, but I'm already eager for more. Spencer and Kat are a dynamic couple that kept me turning the pages. The sexual tension sizzles, and the suspense only adds fuel to the already blazing fire. Excellent page turner.
