Blurb:   Can mixing business and pleasure ever result in a happy ending?

When sexy, rich Lawrence Russo asks Mia to come and work for him in Italy for two weeks, she jumps at the chance. After all, it beats pole dancing, and the salary he offers her is practically obscene.

A relationship quickly begins to develop between the two, but Mia can't help but wonder if Lawrence's feelings for her are genuine or if he feels he's just paying for a service.

Even if their relationship is strong enough to survive her insecurities, what will happen when somebody from her past shows up and threatens to reveal her deepest, darkest secret?

Content Warning: explicit sex

Review: This book starts of in a strip club with a dancer named Mia. She is strutting her stuff as hot and sexy Lawrence Russo is watching intently from the shadows. His intensity catches Mia's attention and she can feel his gaze penetrating into her as she continues to dance on stage. When these two talk there is sexual tension immediately between these two and sparks fly. Lawrence offers an opportunity of a lifetime to Mia, and it includes going to Italy with him for a few weeks where he wants her to play hostess to his business men prospects. Mia is unsure at first whether she wants to risk going to Italy, but in the end the offer of such a high amount of money has her saying yes. When Mia is in Lawrence's home, they both try very hard to keep a business relationship going. in the end, their attraction wins out and they begin an explosive relationship and both of them start to develop more than just physical feelings for one another. Even though things are wonderful and Lawrence and Mia are becoming closer each day, there is something that Mia is holding back. She has secrets that she has no desire to have revealed. Will she be able to hold these secrets away from Lawrence's knowledge; or will they come to the light and affect the wonderful relationship they have started?

I enjoyed this story line and it kept me interested from the beginning of the book. My biggest complaint was that I felt at times the emotions from the characters didn't get into depth enough for my liking. Something exciting would happen, and then the reactions from the couple would often be over too fast. I would have enjoyed this book more if it were a bit longer and I was able to learn more about what was going on in their minds. The sex was hot, but again it was over a lot faster than I wanted. All in all, it is a wonderful story line and a light, sexy read. I was interested enough that I would for sure check out future stories that this author writes, and I recommend the book to anyone who wants a quick, easy read that has some sizzle on the side!
