I am so excited and pleased to be hosting JILL SHALVIS today on my blog!  I've got a short interview with Jill and review. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoy the post.

What draws you to contemporary romance?

It’s what I love to read, so it’s a natural fit for me.  Plus I like writing real people with real problems and giving them happy ever afters.

How do you keep track of all your different series when writing?

I keep a “bible” with everything written down.  Right now it’s the Lucky Harbor series and the Animal Magnetism series, and they’re different enough that it’s not hard.

Plotter or write from the seat of your pants?

Ha.  Since my editor might be reading this, I’m going to go with PLOTTER.  Very careful plotter!!!  Which is the easier way to write, to be honest (but if left to my devices, I’m totally a seat of my pants kinda woman :)
